Spend dedicated time inside the salon refining your keratin extension work with one-on-one guidance from Keratin Extension Specialist Caitlyn Lilly.

This private training experience is designed for stylists who want personalized feedback, deeper technical understanding, and the space to work through all of the details that create seamless, natural-looking extensions.

Instead of a preset curriculum, this experience is built entirely around you! The time can be used to refine your application, troubleshoot removals, improve your retention, expand your sourcing/ customization, strengthen your placements and increase your profitability. 

Some stylists want to refine their density or ultra low-density placements. Others want to better understand how to manipulate color and texture using extensions. Many choose to complete a full model application while receiving real-time guidance throughout the process.

Because this training is private, the pace and focus are customized based on what will make the biggest impact for you behind the chair.

Training Structure

This experience takes place over approximately one and a half days inside the salon.

Preparation Session Day one: 
Your model arrives in the afternoon on day one for color matching and hair preparation so we can properly plan the installation together.

Application Day, Day two:
You will complete the keratin extension application on your model with live feedback and guidance throughout the process.

Working through a full installation together allows us to discuss a safe placement, efficiency tips, and proper technique in real time.

Post-Training Support

After your training, you may submit photos/ videos from up to three client applications for feedback and guidance. This allows us to continue refining skillset, and technique as you begin applying what you learned in your own salon environment.
