We’re thrilled to have you join us and can’t wait to share our expertise with you. To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, please review the following terms and conditions before purchasing your ticket.
Ticketing Policy
Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final. Due to limited seating, we’re unable to offer refunds for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel issues.
Non-Transferable to Another Class Date: Tickets cannot be moved to a future date. Each class is carefully planned based on confirmed attendees, and rescheduling affects our preparations.
Transfer to Another Person: If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another stylist. Please notify us in writing at least 72 hours before class with the new attendee’s full name and contact details.
Class Etiquette & Policies
Punctuality: Please arrive on time (10 minutes early for check-in is preferred) classes begin promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals may miss key instruction and disrupt the experience for others.
Social Media: You’re welcome to take photos, videos, and notes (as permitted).
Certification: Attendance does not qualify as a certification course.
Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge responsibility for your own safety and agree to hold the organizer harmless from any injury, loss, or damages incurred during the class.
Email Policy
Class details are automatically sent to the email address used at checkout once your ticket is purchased. If you’re not subscribed to our emails, you may not receive this information. Additional class updates and reminders will also be sent via email, so please ensure your subscription settings are up to date.
