All hairbycaitlyn APPROVED® orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders may take slightly longer during weekends or peak holidays (all U.S. holidays are observed).

Expedited shipping: If you select expedited shipping at checkout, your order will process and ship the next business day.

 

UNITED STATES Shipping (Continental) :

  • Free domestic ground shipping on orders over $99.
  • Orders under $99 are $10 for standard domestic ground shipping.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

 

UNITED STATES Shipping (Non-Continental + P.O. Boxes) :

All orders to these locations ship via USPS and are calculated using live carrier rates at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes:

Most shipments arrive within 5–14 business days, but transit times may be longer depending on location and customs processing (where applicable).

  • Expedited mainland shipping options do not apply to these destinations.

CANADA Shipping :

 

  • Minimum order: $150 USD for all international orders. Orders under this amount cannot be accepted.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • Carrier: All international orders are shipped via DHL with Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you will not owe additional fees upon delivery.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Customs processing may add extra time.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping :

We proudly ship to select international destinations, including:

United Kingdom

Australia

  • Minimum order: $250 USD for all international orders. Orders under this amount cannot be accepted.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • Carrier: All international orders are shipped via DHL with Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Duties, taxes, and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout, so you will not owe additional fees upon delivery.

Missing or Damaged Items after Delivery:

If your order arrives missing items or damaged:

  1. Retain the original packaging and packing materials, this helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
