Refund policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hairbycaitlynapproved.com for a return authorization code. Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused with their original packaging intact.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 5% restocking fee on the cost of the price paid.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will provide a replacement or refund. For any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please contact us here.

All products include a limited 6 months limited liability warranty from the date of purchase.
